1. Install the app and publish a form
Install CB ‑ Advanced Form Builder Pro (opens in a new tab) from the Shopify App Store, choose a plan, create a form, and place it on your theme.

2. Send emails from your own address
Form emails come from nonreply@cleverbooster.com until you connect an SMTP service such as SendGrid, Amazon SES or Mailchimp Transactional. Do this before customers start receiving emails, so they recognise the sender.

3. Set up automatic emails
Confirm submissions, verify email addresses, and tell applicants when you approve or reject them — each with its own editable template and Liquid variables.

4. Protect the form from spam
Add Google reCAPTCHA v2 to stop bots. Available on the Pro plan and above.
5. Keep long forms short with conditional logic
Show fields only when they're relevant to the visitor's earlier answers. Available on the Pro and Advanced plans.
