What CB Booking does
Book on the product page
Customers pick a date and time in a widget on your product page, then pay in normal Shopify checkout. Paid orders become bookings automatically.
Four booking modes
Time-slot appointments, full-day bookings, multi-day rentals with check-in and check-out, and multi-session bundles.
Deposits or pay later
Charge in full, take a percentage or fixed deposit and invoice the balance later, or accept bookings without payment.
Capacity and waitlist
Set group capacity, buffers, lead time and blockout dates. When a slot is full, a waitlist notifies the next customer.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders
Editable email confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders with pay-as-you-go credits.
Self-service, no account needed
Customers reschedule or cancel from a secure email link, even after a guest checkout.
Staff portal and Shopify POS
Team members get their own portal for their schedules, and the counter can book with Shopify POS.
Calendars, Flow and more
Push bookings to Google Calendar or Outlook, add Zoom or Google Meet links, and trigger Shopify Flow, Klaviyo and webhooks.
