Set up automatic emails for submissions and approvals

Turn on and edit the emails sent when someone submits a form, verifies their email, or is approved or rejected.

Updated · 7 steps

Each form can send its own automatic emails to the person who submitted it. There are four, each triggered by a different event:

  • Customer account submit — sent when someone submits a form that has an email field.
  • Customer account verification — sent after they confirm the email address from the submit email.
  • Customer account approval — sent when you approve their submission or application.
  • Customer account reject — sent when you reject it.
